Our Local Author Spotlight series kicks off 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2, with Jim Landwehr, author of "Written Life" and Dirty Shirt: A Boundary Waters Memoir."
Children's author K.W. Penndorf will talk about how to get published on Sept. 9 and on Sept. 16, Janet Church will talk about her new book "Trojan Horses," her fictionalized account of rescuing dogs and horses from dog fighting and slaughter houses in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
All programs begin at 6:30 p.m. in the lower level meeting room of the Oshkosh Public Library and are sponsored by the Oshkosh Area Writers Club with refreshments provided by the Friends of the Library.
