Oshkosh author and speaker at the 2013 Lakefly Literary Conference, Jess Riley will read from her newest novel, "Mandatory Release," and discuss summer reading picks. The event is 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Becket's Restaurant in Oshkosh. Tickets are $25 and includes hors d'oeuvres. Cash bar available.
