Create-A-Book Reception

Those who judged the Create-a-Book Contest (and those who didn't) are welcome to attend the Create-a-Book reception 2-3 p.m. Sunday, April 22 at the Oshkosh Public Library. The program, to be held under the dome, will include Oshkosh area community leaders reading the winning stories. Refreshments will be served.
