For those who enjoy a small challenge, the writing prompt for our June 7 meeting is: Just hearing from you....

Use it in a story, poem, character sketch...whatever. The only rule is to have fun!

Lakefly Literary Conference

What a terrific writers conference last weekend! Thanks to everyone who volunteered or attended - I hope you had as great a time as I did. If you would like to serve on the planning committee for the 2015 conference, please let Ruth know. We will resume meetings in June; meeting on the third Saturday of each month.

Meeting Reminder

The Oshkosh Area Writers Club will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 17, in the lower level meeting room of the Oshkosh Public Library. The writing prompt is to write an obituary.

As always, meetings are free and open to anyone age 17 and older.
