Jean Sanvidge Wouters and Diane Sanvidge Seckar will be talking about their new book, "Penny Loafers & Bobby Pin: Tales and Tips from Growing Up in the '50s and '60s," at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, at the Oshkosh Public Library. The event is free and open to the public.Their first book was "Apple Betty & Sloppy Joe: Stirring Up the Past with Family Recipes and Stories.
